Do you like talking to people and making things look nice? If so, this is the job for you! Surfside Casual is a year-round, full-line furniture company. We are looking for furniture sales associates who are capable of using superb communication and customer service skills in order to assist and satisfy our customers by selling them furniture. You will be expected to learn how to use our computer system to write up orders as well as how to sell our product lines. You will primarily assist customers in doing product selection, fabric coordination, and space planning. You will be expected to work 5 days a week, including weekends as those are normally our busiest days. However, we close at 6 o'clock on Monday through Saturday and 5 o'clock on Sunday, so you will not be working late nights. Job Responsibilities:

Welcome all guests with a smile. Assist customers with home design choices with confidence. Help ensure a clean environment by maintaining merchandise. Write up your customer's sales orders. Assist with pricing, tagging, promotions, and organization of the sales floor. Gain knowledge of policies, procedures, and product lines. Follow up with customers throughout the process. Provide ETA on merchandise as well as a follow-up call once the order has been delivered by our warehouse. Attend required meetings. Follow assigned work schedule.
