Montaire Acq, Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This is an in-person, customer-facing position where you'll interact directly with customers, learn about their needs, and help them find products and services that fit their lifestyle. You'll be part of a fast-paced retail environment where communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Provide clear, informative product presentations and demonstrations. Assist customers throughout the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment or purchase. Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and follow-through. Maintain a professional and welcoming customer-facing environment. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Collaborate with team members to support daily sales and customer engagement efforts.

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and develop new sales and communication skills.
