Role:

Fiberglass Pool Designs LLC is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Hamilton, NJ swimming pool store! This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into a fun, customer-focused role where you'll help homeowners turn their backyard dreams into reality. Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting pool products, accessories, and supplies to meet their needs Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance solutions Perform water testing and advise customers on proper pool water chemistry and treatment Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked showroom floor Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Stay up to date on new pool products, fiberglass pool options, and industry trends

Requirements:

Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred Interest or experience in swimming pools, pool maintenance, or outdoor living products is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful demeanor Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and processing transactions Ability to work weekends, especially during peak pool season Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn pool water chemistry and product knowledge through on-the-job training
