Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on their preferences and experience levels Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, highlighting their benefits and usage tips Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, to answer questions accurately Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by suggesting complementary items or higher-quality options to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory counts to ensure product availability Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash drawer handling and balancing at shift end Follow all phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or taking orders over the phone Assist with merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that promote featured products Support compliance with state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and recordkeeping Skills Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles with strong communication skills Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings or training new staff Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales reporting Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends to educate customers confidently Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients over the phone or in person Experience conducting product demos or promotional activities to engage customers effectively Strong merchandising skills to create appealing displays that drive sales momentum Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant industry!
