Job Description
Total Wireless Sales Representative Position Overview Total Wireless is seeking motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our retail team. In this role, you will help customers find the right wireless plans, phones, accessories, and services while providing an excellent in-store experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and determine their wireless needs. Explain Total Wireless plans, promotions, devices, and services. Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, and account services. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals. Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service. Demonstrate phones, features, accessories, and wireless services. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment. Process transactions accurately and follow company policies. Stay informed about current products, promotions, and pricing. Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Positive, professional, and dependable attitude. Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous sales or wireless experience is a plus, but not always required. Must be willing to learn about wireless products, technology, and services.
