Entry-Level Sales Account Professional 3C Innovations | Secaucus, NJ Ready to build real-world sales and business skills while working directly with customers? 3C Innovations is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Account Professional for a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated to learn, develop professionally, and grow with a team. This is a face-to-face customer sales position . In this role, you will speak directly with customers, identify their needs, explain available products and services, conduct presentations or demonstrations, and help develop and maintain customer accounts. No specific sales background is required. We value communication skills, professionalism, coachability, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Engage directly with customers in face-to-face sales conversations. Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions. Present product and service information clearly and professionally. Conduct live presentations and demonstrations. Acquire new customers through direct customer engagement and a consultative sales approach. Follow up with customers and maintain professional account relationships. Provide responsive customer service throughout the sales process. Record customer feedback and relevant market information. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and customer-engagement activities. Represent 3C Innovations professionally when interacting with customers and the public. Work with team members while taking responsibility for individual performance goals. Participate in company training designed to strengthen sales, communication, customer-service, and leadership skills. What We're Looking For Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Compensation & Job Details Compensation:

$640-$1,300 per week , plus commission opportunities. Based on a 40-hour workweek, this is equivalent to approximately $16.00-$32.50 per hour , with commissions paid according to the company's applicable commission program. Employees are paid in accordance with applicable federal and New Jersey wage-and-hour requirements, including applicable overtime requirements. Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked and commission earnings under the applicable compensation plan.

Thursday-Monday, 10:30 AM-7:00 PM, 5 days per week

Training:

Paid training, including applicable virtual and in-person training
