Sales/Customer Service Associate:

We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale. Sales/Cutomer Service Associate Responsibilities:

Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements. Sets a positive example promoting teamwork. Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club. High earnings potential through competitive base pay and and compensation structure that rewards performance through a structured bonus program.
