Duties Greet members and visitors warmly, establishing a positive first impression and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling Conduct product demos to showcase gym equipment, apparel, supplements, or other merchandise to encourage sales and engagement Promote memberships, personal training packages, and additional services through upselling techniques while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and ensuring the retail area remains organized and inviting Handle retail store product knowledge confidently to answer customer inquiries accurately and provide tailored recommendations Supervise or assist with cashiering duties as needed, including balancing cash drawers and performing retail math calculations for transactions Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and another language is required to effectively communicate with diverse members Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably within a gym or health club setting Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Demonstrated supervising experience or ability to oversee daily store operations when necessary Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and basic math skills for sales accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Sales experience Worked in the gym Coachable Willing to travel and elevate Join us in inspiring healthier lifestyles!
