In this role, you will be the backbone of daily store operations, ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Whether managing inventory, assisting customers, or maintaining the sales floor, you'll play a vital part in driving store success and delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance on store merchandise and store product knowledge. Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, packaging products, and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and inviting. Handle cashiering duties including retail math calculations, processing transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness of the store environment through routine cleaning tasks and upkeep of equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Skills Proven experience in retail store operations or warehouse environments with knowledge of inventory control and materials handling. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and merchandising. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, loading/unloading shipments, and standing for extended periods. Basic math skills for retail transactions, inventory counts, and shipping calculations. Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude; previous retail or grocery store experience is advantageous.
