Keva Juice is looking for energetic, positive, and dependable Team Members to join our team! We are a fast-paced smoothie and juice bar focused on two simple things: great smoothies and great team members. We believe customers come back not only because of what we serve, but because of how we make them feel. As a Keva Juice Team Member, you'll learn how to make our smoothies, juices, bowls, and other menu items while creating a fast, friendly, and positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This is a hands-on, fast-paced job. We're looking for people who enjoy staying busy, working as a team, and taking pride in doing things the right way. What You'll Do Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude Help customers navigate our menu and recommend smoothies Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and food items using Keva recipes and standards Deliver fast and accurate service while maintaining product quality Learn and confidently use our point-of-sale and loyalty systems Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready for customers Complete cleaning and operational tasks throughout each shift Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures Work with urgency during busy rushes Support your teammates and communicate professionally Listen to feedback, ask questions, and continue developing your skills Take initiative and find productive tasks during slower periods What Makes a Great Keva Team Member?
