Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our DQ team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food and beverages following established recipes and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment
• Assist in stocking inventory and supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Upsell products to customers to increase sales

Skills:

• Experience in the food industry or related field preferred
• Knowledge of retail math for transactions and cash handling
• Proficiency in food handling practices and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with grocery store, kitchen, restaurant, or food service operations
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help where needed
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
