is a bead, gem, and jewelry supply store in East Rochester looking for the right candidate to join our team as a part-time Retail Associate responsible for excellent customer service and maintaining a tidy and well stocked storefront. We are conveniently located in the historic Piano Works Mall, just off of Route 490. A staple in the beading, jewelry making, and creative community, Let's Bead! is known for its friendly team members, bright and colorful storefront, vast inventory, and creative and uplifting atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have:

Friendly and patient demeanor with excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Great attention to detail and accuracy Comfort in frequent face-to-face interactions and speaking with many people daily Willingness to learn about jewelry making techniques and types of beading materials Passion for creativity Manual dexterity and vision to use basic hand tools (such as pliers and wire cutters) Ability to crouch, reach, and carry/lift up to 25 pounds Common job duties: Greet and assist customers; answer questions and provide information, both in person and over the phone. Common topics include types of beads and jewelry making supplies and techniques. Use POS (Point of Sale) computer system to take cash, card, and tap payments as Cashier Restock, organize, label, and count inventory, as well as merchandising (designing attractive displays of inventory) Use basic hand tools (such as pliers and wire cutters) to make minor jewelry repairs and demonstrate techniques Maintain a tidy and well organized work space and storefront Other duties as assigned

Hours:

Mondays 11:45am

• 5:15pm Wednesdays 11:45am
• 6:15pm Fridays 9:45am
• 5:15pm Saturdays 9:45am
• 4:15pm Opportunities for additional per diem hours.
