Job Summary We're looking for energetic and friendly Dunkin' Next Gen Morning and Evening Crew Members to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our store, providing top-notch customer service while preparing delicious beverages and food items. Whether you're helping customers start their day or wind down in the evening, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a real difference. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit. Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following company standards. Operate POS system Handle food safety and food handling procedures to ensure quality and cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including counters, equipment, and dining areas. Manage cash handling and processing cash transactions efficiently during busy hours. Assist with retail sales transactions, including product recommendations and upselling when appropriate. Skills Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and handling cash Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of beverage preparation, especially coffee and drink service techniques. Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
