About NY Floral Supply NY Floral Supply is a wholesale flower and florist supply company serving florists, event designers, and small businesses across Long Island and NYC. Our location operates as an industrial-style retail showroom , where customers shop directly from displays and floral coolers. We are currently looking to hire a part-time Retail Sales Associates to assist customers and help maintain an organized and well-stocked store. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers Ring up purchases at checkout Help customers locate products and supplies Accept and organize incoming deliveries Stock shelves and maintain product displays Maintain and organize the flower cooler Change water in flower buckets to maintain freshness Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable Assist with preparing customer orders for pickup What We're Looking For Friendly and professional with customers Reliable and punctual Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Able to lift 40-50 lbs when needed Organized and detail-oriented Willing to help wherever needed Preferred but not required: Retail or customer service experience Experience stocking merchandise or working on a sales floor Experience in floral, event, or supply industries Work Environment This is an active retail showroom environment where employees assist customers, stock products, maintain displays, and help keep the floral cooler organized. Schedule Part-time 25-30 hours per week Weekday shifts available Saturday availability is required Additional hours may be available during busy floral holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Pay $17 - $19 per hour depending on experience.
