Applicants must be at least 15 years old before their first day of employment. Responsibilities Sales associates should be friendly, outgoing, and ready to greet customers warmly while helping them find and select merchandise. Responsibilities also include restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with filing and data entry tasks when needed.
