Eli Mutual is seeking a Retail Associate to support our clients' products and services through direct, in-person customer interactions in a retail setting. As a multi-client company, we work with a range of brands, allowing you to develop versatile customer service, retail, and communication skills across different products and services. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and want to build practical experience in a customer-facing retail environment. As a Retail Associate, you'll welcome and engage with customers, learn about their needs, provide information on available products and services, and assist qualified customers throughout the purchasing or enrollment process. You'll receive hands-on training and coaching to help you build confidence in customer communication, product knowledge, and retail support. What You'll Do Engage with customers in a retail setting and provide a welcoming, professional customer experience Learn about customers' needs and provide clear information about our clients' products and services Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options in a simple and customer-friendly way Assist customers with product selection, enrollment, purchases, and other steps of the customer process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activity, appointments, and daily performance Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen customer service, communication, product knowledge, and retail skills What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach Outgoing personality with a positive mindset and enthusiasm for interacting with customers Interest in building experience in retail, customer service, sales support, or other customer-facing roles Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face, answering questions, and creating a welcoming experience Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and respond thoughtfully to customer needs Professional, dependable, and motivated to learn new products and services Previous retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Gain At Eli Mutual, Retail Associates receive hands-on training and coaching focused on customer service, product knowledge, communication, retail support, and customer engagement.
