Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and payroll processing to maintain optimal staffing levels. Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with safety policies, cash handling protocols, POS system usage, and operational guidelines. Skills Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams effectively.
