Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences Educate customers through product demos, explaining effects, usage methods, and safety information Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash handling Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with inventory counts Upsell products by highlighting new or complementary items to enhance customer experience and sales Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Conduct product demos to showcase features and educate customers about new offerings Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash drawer handling and retail math calculations Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in multiple languages (bilingual preferred) Proven supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with cannabis products, including understanding effects, dosages, and safety precautions (preferred) Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to assist customers both in-store and over the phone This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to share their expertise in a fast-paced retail setting while fostering positive customer relationships.
