Music & Arts seeks a Part-Time Senior Sales Associate to support students, parents, and educators in our retail store. You'll drive sales of instruments, accessories, and rentals, enroll students in lessons, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include advising customers on products, processing sales and rentals, maintaining store appearance, and supporting education-focused events. You'll work in a collaborative, student-focused environment with opportunities to grow while helping make music education more accessible in your community. Responsibilities Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service to students, parents, and educators. Drive retail sales of instruments, accessories, and related products. Process instrument rentals, returns, and exchanges accurately. Enroll customers in private lesson programs and explain offerings. Operate the POS system, handle cash, and reconcile transactions. Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Support in-store events and community outreach focused on music education. Assist with inventory receiving, tagging, and stock organization. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, inclusive store environment.
