Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:

Landshark is seeking, full-time and part-time, sales associates. Sales Associates are experts in creating exceptional customer service in our stores. You are responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers and sharing top-quality product education. Key Responsibilities of the Job Interact with customers to ensure a great customer experience. Continuously move on the sales floor to engage with customers and attend to customer or store needs. Establish respectful and productive relationships with all team members. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer experience and support store operations. Perform inventory tasks (e.g., processing inventory, put items back in place, restock or relocate items) according to company standards. Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift. Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements:

Availability Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation and Benefits Our sales associate base pay range starts at $16 an hour, with flexibility depending on previous experiences and skill sets. We offer a pay-for-performance structure, with opportunities for additional compensation based on individual performance and business performance. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career advancement and employee discounts. • Other Willingness Requirements Willing to work in an environment with lights and music Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help customers and accomplish work Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
