Job Description

Administrative Assistant•Medical Office (Sag Harbor, The Hamptons, New York) Park Avenue Medicine & Surgery is seeking a reliable and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our Park Avenue team. We are a growing medical practice with a strong presence in Sag Harbor, supported by a high-powered back office in Park Avenue that leverages the latest in technology and communication. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Assist patients with intake forms (both iPad and paper) Collect copays and manage appointment scheduling Open and close the office daily Support patients with questions, paperwork, and general needs Coordinate with our Manhattan office for smooth operations Occasionally visit neighboring practices to build collaborative relationships Qualifications Hospitality or customer service background strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor Reliability and consistency are essential Prior medical office experience a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation Full-time or part-time availability Office hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM•6:00 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM•5:00
PM Pay:
