About Us Bella & Lindy Pet Boutique is a specialty pet boutique in downtown Saratoga Springs, offering thoughtfully curated products for pets and the people who love them. Position Overview We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team! This is an active retail sales role. Success in this position comes from confidently engaging with customers, building relationships, making thoughtful product recommendations, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. While we love pets, we're looking for someone who is passionate about retail sales and delivering outstanding customer service. Schedule & Pay Weekday availability is required. Most weekday shifts are scheduled between approximately 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, with some full-day shifts available depending on business needs with a strong preference for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability. Applicants should have regular availability on multiple weekdays. Set availability is welcome as long as it meets the needs of the position. Scheduled days and hours may vary within an employee's stated availability. Weekend availability is required, with weekend shifts rotating among team members. Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours during holidays, special events, and peak seasons. Occasional morning or opening shifts may also be available. This is a year-round position, and availability during summer, holidays, and peak seasons is important. Schedules are posted in advance, and employees are expected to maintain the availability they were hired with. Ability to assist with occasional additional coverage is appreciated.

Pay:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Opportunity for growth into expanded responsibilities. Applicants with weekend-only availability will not be considered. Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to the responsibilities of independently opening and closing the store and other job duties.
