Duties Perform all deliveries safely and on time, following assigned routes and schedules Serve as the face of Electric City Cannabis Co. — greet customers and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor at every stop Read, verify, and reconcile delivery manifests accurately before and after each run Track, log, and report mileage for each trip as required Assist with loading and unloading product deliveries and supply orders Perform light grounds upkeep on the property as needed (basic outdoor maintenance tasks) Work collaboratively as part of a team — support dispensary staff and management with errands and operational tasks Handle all deliveries with discretion and professionalism, maintaining compliance with NYS cannabis regulations at all times Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times Report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or incidents to management promptly Be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends when needed Qualifications Must be 24 years of age or older Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record (MVR check required) High school diploma or GED preferred Prior delivery, logistics, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required Strong time management skills and ability to follow a schedule independently Ability to read and understand delivery manifests and route documentation Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation, mileage tracking, and communication Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including loading, unloading, and light outdoor work Comfortable working in all weather conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — must represent the brand professionally at all times Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction from management Prior cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
