Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, assisting with retail sales, and managing transactions at the cash register. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Engage with customers over the phone to answer inquiries and provide product information Promote and sell retail products, including power tools, demonstrating product features when necessary Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and processing payments Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and new product arrivals Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers Skills Proven experience in retail sales, especially with power tools or similar products Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for handling transactions and giving correct change Flexibility to adapt to changing store needs and customer demands This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail sales who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service.
