The Studio Rep is the face of New York Pilates. We're seeking a results-driven Studio Representative to join our Hamptons team. This role is critical to driving studio revenue while delivering a best-in-class, welcoming experience for every student who walks through our doors. As a Studio Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current students—building relationships, generating new memberships, upselling services, and ensuring every interaction reflects NYP's brand, values, and community-first mindset. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you'll work closely with the Studio Team to support daily operations, meet sales goals, and maintain a polished, high-energy studio environment. What You'll Do Engage prospective and current students in person and guide them through NYP offerings Promote memberships, class packages, and retail with confidence and clarity Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through proactive selling and relationship-building Build strong student relationships that drive retention and referrals Execute opening, closing, and front desk procedures accurately Maintain brand standards across cleanliness, merchandising, and studio ambiance Support inventory management, retail restocks, and supply organization Assist with light cleaning, equipment resets, and studio upkeep between classes Collaborate with the Studio Team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent student experience
What You Bring:
1+ year of customer-facing experience, boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Comfortable using POS and studio software (Mindbody) Acts as a brand ambassador through professionalism and positivity Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to stand and remain active for 4-6 hours per shift Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally Availability for early mornings (6am), evenings (up to 8:30pm), weekends, and holidays Why You'll Love Working With NYP!
Competitive Pay:
$20-$25/hour + monthly sales commission, based on years of experience
