Westbury Toyota is seeking a Greeter to support our Sales team. The Sales Greeter is the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression while ensuring every customer is promptly assisted by the appropriate sales team member. The Sales Greeter plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting dealership sales efforts. The schedule will be Saturday 9AM-6PM and Sunday 11AM-5PM.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide assistance with any inquiries they may have. Engage customers to understand the purpose of their visit. Introduce customers to the appropriate Sales Consultant based on availability. Maintain awareness of customer traffic and ensure every guest is acknowledged, welcomed, and assisted throughout their visit. Ensure the showroom, reception area, and customer waiting areas remain clean and presentable. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
