Job Description

Wine & Spirits Sales Associate $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Join the Team at Premium Wine & Spirits Premium Wine & Spirits, a member of the Premier Group, has immediate openings for full-time Sales Associates. Who We Are Premium Wine & Spirits is a premier destination for wine enthusiasts, collectors, and everyday shoppers seeking exceptional service and expertly curated selections. We pride ourselves on deep product knowledge, strong producer relationships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with wine and spirit selections based on preference, occasion, and budget
  • Provide exceptional, personalized customer service
  • Maintain strong knowledge of wines, spirits, regions, producers, and vintages
  • Support merchandising, stocking, and inventory management
  • Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-presented
  • Assist at registers with manager calls, price overrides, product look-up, and returns
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems efficiently for sales transactions and online order processing
  • Answer phone calls and emails to assist customers
  • Support in-store tastings, classes, and special events Qualifications
  • Retail sales experience required; wine & spirits retail, hospitality, or fine dining experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of the world's major wine-producing regions and a strong passion for wine & spirits
  • Candidates with WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers credentials will receive special consideration
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work varied retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to lift up to 40 lbs. What We Offer
