Akron, OH Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Fridays and overtime as needed) RJS Corporation is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee daily operations in our Paint, Assembly, and Wood Shop departments . This is a working leadership role where you'll lead by example, support production goals, maintain quality and safety standards, and help develop a high-performing team.
