Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular stock checks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout areas. Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers or POS systems. Previous experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is preferred. Ability to perform retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Excellent communication skills, with bilingual abilities being a plus for customer engagement. Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
