Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Dispensary Agent plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at Klutch Cannabis. As the face of our dispensary, this individual provides expert guidance to customers, fosters a welcoming environment, and ensures compliance with all state and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Engagement:

Deliver a welcoming and informative experience for every customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on product knowledge and compliance guidelines. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, enhancing overall satisfaction.

Sales & Performance:

Meet or exceed individual sales goals by effectively guiding customers through the purchasing process. Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling techniques while ensuring an educational and compliant approach. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment, ensuring prompt and seamless transactions.

Product Knowledge & Education:

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and proper usage. Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and industry trends. Educate customers and colleagues on cannabis science, product options, and regulatory guidelines.

Store Operations & Team Collaboration:

Foster a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues and leadership. Adapt to various roles as needed, including assisting with inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding customer experience.

Compliance:

Adhere to all state cannabis regulations and company policies, ensuring a legally compliant and safe environment. Maintain precision in cash handling, inventory management, and record-keeping to minimize discrepancies. Ensure all products are properly displayed, stocked, and stored according to company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years with a valid government issued ID, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Retail or customer service experience required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus and passion for customer engagement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Environment:

On-site role at a Citizen by Klutch retail location. Exposure to a fast-paced retail setting with moderate noise levels. Frequently requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, and lift light to moderate loads throughout shifts. Ability to focus on detailed information such as transactions, inventory counts, and regulatory documentation. Stipulation of employment is passing an OHIO BCI and FBI background check in accordance with

ORC/OAC 3796.
