Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer value while maintaining transparency and integrity. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively to enhance store presentation. Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals with accuracy. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times.
