Job Description
Team Lead Organizer Orderly Columbus is a professional home organizing and home management company serving Columbus, OH and the surrounding area. We help busy households run smoothly — from decluttering and organizing systems to ongoing home upkeep — so our clients can spend less time managing their homes and more time living in them. We're looking for a Team Lead Organizer to lead hands-on organizing projects in clients' homes. You'll be the one directing the work on-site — planning the approach, keeping the project on track, and making sure the team delivers organizing results our clients love. What you'll do: Lead organizing projects on-site, from initial walkthrough to final reveal Direct and support a small team of organizers throughout each project Sort, declutter, categorize, and design functional organizing systems for closets, kitchens, playrooms, garages, offices, and more Communicate with clients on-site about progress, decisions, and preferences Keep projects on schedule and within scope, flagging issues to management as needed Train and mentor Team Lead Assistants and newer team members What we're looking for: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel between client homes is required) Ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Prior experience in home organizing, project leadership, or a related hands-on field preferred Strong organizational instincts with an eye for functional, attractive spaces Comfortable leading and directing a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in clients' homes
