As a Team Associate, you'll work alongside a collaborative team to support customers, assist with enrollments, and help ensure our Kinetic Fiber campaigns operate smoothly. The Team Associate position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, taking initiative, and learning new skills. While our team represents Kinetic Fiber services, the Team Associate position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support, customer enrollment, team coordination, and business operations. Responsibilities of the Team Associate Assist with customer questions and concerns while helping create a positive customer experience. Support the day-to-day coordination of the sales team and office operations. Help manage customer enrollments, maintain accurate account information, and coordinate installation details. Learn customer support and enrollment processes through hands-on training and coaching. Work closely with team members to help meet daily goals and maintain an organized, productive environment. Lead by example by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset. Participate in team and leadership meetings and contribute ideas that improve performance and efficiency. Qualifications of the Team Associate Previous sales, customer service, retail, or team associate experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in developing customer service, support, and enrollment skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude with the ability to work well with both customers and team members. Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn. Interest in long-term professional growth and advancement opportunities.
Pay:
$3,800.00 - $4,569.76 per month
