Job Description
All City Candy is a locally owned confectionery business combining retail, online sales, and an in-house production kitchen. We specialize in hand-dipped and decorated treats like pretzels, cookies, and specialty items — with a strong focus on presentation, consistency, and quality. We are looking for Kind, friendly candidates, with great attitudes, good energy, and pride in their work for a Part Time ( with possible increase in hours ) to work supporting roles as needed withing the store. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. What You'll Do Hand-dip and decorate items such as pretzels, cookies, and specialty treats Ensure all finished products are consistent, clean, and visually appealing Assist with pulling, and packaging orders for fulfillment of online orders Customer service, ringing purchases at point of sale Packaging and maintainence of bulked items Basic opening/ closing duties store recovery, cleaning Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Communicate needs or issues early and proactively Assist with light customer or store needs when requiredWhat We're Looking For Experience in retail, customer service, fulfillment, Point Of Sale A self-motivated worker who takes pride in staying organized and clean Strong attention to detail and consistency Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Thrives in a small business where ownership and accountability matter Weekend availability required Schedule & Seasonality Part-time (20+ hours/week ) Peak season is September-December (must be available during this time) Slower, steadier pace outside of peak season Perks Employee candy discount Opportunity to grow with the right fit This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, making things look great, customer service, and keeping a production space running smoothly .
