Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service through active communication and attentive listening Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Assist customers with product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store atmosphere Handle cash drawer handling accurately, perform retail math calculations for transactions, and ensure precise cash register operations Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations confidently Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations will help you hit the ground running Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising principles will enhance your ability to assist customers effectively Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while developing valuable retail skills!
