SweatHouz Sales AssociatePosition Summary The SweatHouz Sales Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional guest and member experience while driving membership sales, lead conversion, retention, and studio growth. This role combines sales, hospitality, member service, outreach, and studio operations . The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and comfortable having genuine conversations with guests to understand their goals and recommend the SweatHouz experience that best fits their needs. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth Greet every guest and member with a warm, positive, and professional attitude. Conduct studio tours and educate guests on SweatHouz and the benefits of contrast therapy. Build genuine connections and uncover each guest's WHY and wellness goals. Recommend memberships and session frequency based on the guest's individual goals. Confidently present membership options and use an assumptive, consultative approach to closing sales. Follow up with leads consistently through phone calls, texts, and other approved outreach methods. Convert leads, first-time guests, and prospects into recurring members. Promote upgrades, add-ons, referrals, and other revenue opportunities. Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals. Lead Outreach Complete daily outbound calls and follow-up activities according to studio expectations. Maintain accurate contact notes and document all lead interactions. Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries. Schedule tours, sessions, and appointments. Participate in community outreach, events, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives. Use approved studio communication systems for all outbound calls and outreach. Member Experience Create a welcoming, energetic, and personalized experience for every member. Learn and use members' names whenever possible. Educate first-time guests on the SweatHouz process and suite experience. Check in with members and identify opportunities to improve their experience. Address member questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary. Encourage member retention through exceptional service and relationship building. Studio Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready studio throughout each shift. Reset and maintain suites between sessions as needed. Assist with cleaning, laundry, stocking, and other studio duties when necessary. Follow all SweatHouz operational, safety, sanitation, and service standards. Complete opening and closing responsibilities as assigned. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the SweatHouz brand positively. Performance Expectations Meet daily and weekly outreach expectations. Consistently work toward sales and membership goals. Follow up with leads in a timely manner. Maintain accurate CRM/contact records. Take initiative during slower periods rather than waiting for direction. Be coachable and receptive to sales training and feedback. Ask questions and continue developing knowledge of SweatHouz services and memberships. Communicate schedule changes, concerns, and operational issues with management promptly. Ideal Candidate Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Reliable and punctual Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional and team-oriented Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-up Previous sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer service experience preferred SweatHouz Standard Every Sales Associate plays a role in the success of the studio. We expect team members to sell the experience, not just the membership —understand the guest's goals, educate them on the benefits of contrast therapy, create a memorable experience, and confidently guide them toward the membership that best supports their goals. When there is downtime, there is always something to do: follow up with leads, make calls, clean, organize, learn, or find a way to contribute to the studio's growth.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
