Job description: We are looking for full-time and part-time Retail Associates to join our team! What You'll Do As a Retail Associate, you'll help create a welcoming and helpful shopping experience for every customer by: Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service Helping customers find the right products for their horses and riding needs Keeping assigned areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready to shop Working closely with other team members and management Assisting with store projects and merchandising Using your horse knowledge to confidently answer questions and recommend products What We're Looking For Horse experience is required — we want our customers to get advice from people who genuinely understand horses! We're looking for someone who: Has basic to intermediate horse-care knowledge Is friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with customers Has strong verbal communication skills Works well as part of a team Can take direction and follows through on tasks Brings a positive attitude to work Has previous customer-service experience (preferred, but not required) Hours Part Time Approximately 24 hours per week / 2-4 days per week Availability for approximately 3 Saturdays per month
