Job Summary Join our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive the success of our store. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their Western lifestyle, Turquoise, and many other jewelry needs while also managing product displays and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Your passion for Turquoise and Western fashion will help customers find the perfect pieces to bring life to their closets. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, expand your knowledge of Turquoise and western fashion, in a lively retail atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs related to Jewelry and Western Fashion Assist customers with design ideas, and product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure products are well-maintained and attractively presented Support merchandising efforts by arranging seasonal displays and promotional signage to boost sales Maintain organized stockrooms and assist with inventory counts to ensure product availability Skills Strong knowledge of Turquoise, jewels, and western lifestyle and clothing. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to identify various stones and artist confidently ( will provide training) Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle phone and web inquiries professionally Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for all things Fashion This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to share their love of Turquoise and western fashion delivering outstanding service.
