This is a salary plus commission position. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience Assist in by providing clear information and following established procedures. Maintain a clean, organized store environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational policies Experience Previous retail store experience or customer service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping people is essential Familiarity with retail sales techniques. Experience with financial software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in retail sales and financial services.
