We Offer Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support Employee recognition incentives (gift cards,...etc.) Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below. Monday through Friday, 4pm -9:30 pm
