Primary Duties:

Provide great customer service Accurately evaluating and testing items for loan or purchase Retail sales of floor merchandise ranging from electronics, tools, musical instruments, jewelry and firearms. Determining and negotiating values on loans, buys or sales by using a combination of various internet resources and/or product market knowledge.

Data entry:

Writing new loans, renewals, pickups, buys and sales using our pawn software. Re-stocking and cleaning the store during throughout each work shift.

Requirements :

Great customer service skills Honest, punctual, dependable and detail oriented. Able to transcribe numbers and words precisely. Knowledge of modern technology such as computers, cameras, tablets, etc. Professional appearance and attitude Previous sales experience a plus Able to take and follow directions from the owners and trainer Able to pass background check Able to lift 50+lbs. Ability to use a staircase throughout a work shift.

Preferred :

Knowledge in any or all of the following departments; Electronics, jewelry, musical instruments, tools or firearms. Firearm experience and/or online sales is very desirable.
