WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As part of the Global Jordan Streetwear Footwear team, you'll partner closely with Product Creation, Marketplace, Planning, Marketing, and Geo teams to bring consumer-right assortments to life across the globe. This role reports to the Director of Footwear Merchandising and works cross-functionally to connect product, consumer insights, and marketplace needs. You'll collaborate with teammates who value clear communication, curiosity, and shared ownership of the business.

Streetwear is a critical expression of Jordan Brand's lifestyle business. This team drives the intersection of product, culture, and marketplace, ensuring assortments are both authentic to the brand and differentiated by channel. This role requires a strong consumer-first mindset , with the ability to translate cultural and marketplace insights into clear assortment strategies. The ideal candidate combines merchandising expertise, marketplace acumen, and storytelling , with the ability to balance creativity and analytics to deliver results. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, coachability, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail, along with a willingness to build and master core merchandising fundamentals Qualifications should include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. 4+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Sales, or Product Management Proven ability to translate consumer, cultural, and marketplace insights into seasonal assortments Strong product and style acumen with a point of view on streetwear, sport culture, and trends Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail across tools, timelines, and seasonal readiness Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills Strong process and operational discipline Great teammate and contributor, with the curiosity and excitement to learn new thing
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will support collaborative work across Merchandising teams and cross-functional partners such as: Product Creation, Marketing, and Planning. You will be responsible for detailed management, maintenance and communication of all seasonal tools & assortments. You help gather insights & data to build consumer-centric line plans to serve the Global marketplace. You will also analyze business and consumer trends to help inform future decision making. In this role, you will partner and support the developing & growing DNA portion of the business for Global Jordan Streetwear.
Job Responsibilities include:
Creating & maintaining seasonal assortment tools Ensuring systems and tools are accurate and on time, enabling seamless seasonal execution Partnering with Geo Merchandising teams to gather insights, drive clear & consistent communication Supporting, and at time leading, seasonal deliverables and meetings Business reporting, analytics, and hind-sighting Champion a consumer-led approach to assortment creation grounded in culture and marketplace insight Connect strategy to execution across teams and operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
