In this role, you'll work one-on-one with customers to furnish entire homes, design commercial spaces, select statement pieces, and bring their vision to life. Our ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, and excited about home furnishings, design trends, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do Create a welcoming, engaging, and informative experience for every customer. Build lasting relationships with clients, designers, business owners, and repeat customers. Guide customers through furniture, décor, upholstery, and design selections. Develop expertise in our product collections, materials, and design solutions. Stay informed on industry trends, interior design styles, and current product offerings. Utilize space-planning and design tools to help customers visualize their projects. Achieve individual sales goals while maintaining outstanding customer service. Proactively generate new business opportunities and cultivate a loyal customer base. Keep customers informed throughout the ordering and delivery process. Communicate customer feedback, product requests, and market insights to management. Maintain proficiency with point-of-sale systems, computers, and sales-related software. Qualifications Proven commissioned sales experience required. Furniture, home furnishings, interior design, or commissioned retail sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable learning and using technology, POS systems, and design software. Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus commission. Paid training. Paid time off.
