STIHL Sales & Retail Store Associate Wallowa County Grain Growers | Enterprise, Oregon Do you enjoy working with people, outdoor power equipment, and hands-on projects? Wallowa County Grain Growers is looking for a dependable, customer-focused STIHL Sales & Retail Store Associate to join our Retail team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. You'll serve as our primary STIHL product specialist while also helping customers throughout our True Value Retail Store and Feed Department.

What You'll Do:

Help customers select the right STIHL equipment, parts, and accessories Demonstrate equipment operation and safe use Assemble and prepare STIHL equipment and other outdoor power products Look up and order parts for customers and our Small Engine Shop Maintain STIHL inventory, displays, promotions, and special orders Receive and stock merchandise Assist with equipment repair intake Sharpen and build chains Help customers throughout the True Value Store and Feed Department Load feed, fencing supplies, and other merchandise Operate the point-of-sale system and provide excellent customer service Pitch in wherever needed to keep our store running smoothly We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Enjoys working with customers and providing great service Has mechanical aptitude and an interest in outdoor power equipment Is comfortable using computers and learning inventory systems Is organized, dependable, and willing to learn Can work independently while also being a strong team player Is comfortable with a hands-on, active position Can regularly lift up to 50 pounds and heavier items with assistance Previous retail, customer service, small engine, farm, ranch, or outdoor power equipment experience is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates who have the right attitude and are eager to learn.
