We are seeking a team oriented individual who is eager to learn. This is currently a seasonal position however this has the potential to be a full time position after February. This is not an easy position as we cary roughly 150 style's in stock and must be able to obtain knowledge of items we don't carry on hand but have access to ordering. Qualifications 18 years of age; preferably high school graduate 0-3 year of retail experience or customer service Goal oriented and present a professional appearance Must be willing to work a flexible schedule - including weekends Reliable communication skills and the ability to report to work regularly Accuracy and attention to assigned register and/or paperwork functions All-hands-on-deck, roll-up-your sleeves attitude with a sense of responsibility and professional attitude Responsibilities Daily tasks including selling merchandise, accurately processing transactions with a cash register, and maintaining store appearance Greet, assist, and seek out customers in the store Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner Display patience and helpfulness at all times to customers, employees, and guests Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment Basic shelf stocking, cleaning/store maintenance, and minor lifting (up to 50lbs) Product knowledge on featured products, fashion trends, and function/care of merchandise Performs project tasks as directed Efficiently follow instructions given by supervisors as well as store policies and regulations
