We're looking for dependable, hard-working team members who love plants, people, and staying busy. ~~We are currently looking for someone to join the team for a minimum of 1 year.~~ Our retail sales positions are responsible for: Assisting customers with plant and product selection, care, and sales Stocking, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean Working as part of a positive, team-oriented crew Prioritizing tasks, as well as communicating any questions or concerns Answering questions and directing customers to the proper department Maintaining healthy plant inventory; troubleshooting issues What we're looking for: Reliable and consistent attendance A friendly, helpful attitude Willingness to work outdoors when needed (this position is primarily indoor) Motivation to learn Weekend availability Ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly A strong work ethic and a great attitude are necessary; prior plant knowledge is a plus but not required.
