Position Overview Keep the mountain moving and help get our guests and employees where they need to go. As a CDL Bus Driver at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll be an important part of the daily mountain experience, safely transporting guests between parking areas and the resort while helping employees get to and from the mountain. You'll operate passenger buses in challenging winter conditions, follow designated routes and schedules, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain a clean and safe vehicle. You'll also interact directly with guests, assist with loading and unloading, communicate changing operational conditions, and work closely with the Transportation and Parking teams to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently. If you're a confident winter driver who enjoys being behind the wheel and working with people, this is a great opportunity to put your CDL to work in a unique mountain environment. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming experience for everyone who arrives at Mt. Hood Meadows al while getting to experience the mountain from a different perspective every day. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience 21 years of age or older Possess current Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement and DOT medical card Able to pass a preemployment drug screen and MVR in good standing Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds Comfortable interacting with the public using verbal communication Able to work effectively in a team environment Commit to work weekends and holidays during the winter season Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience operating CMV passenger buses Previous experience of operating vehicles in winter conditions
