What You'll Do Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor Support merchandising, product displays, and sales Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements Assist management as needed What We're Looking For Retail and customer service experience Leadership or supervisory experience Cannabis industry experience is a plus Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail Must be 21+ Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds What We Offer Monthly store bonus program Wage increases every 6 months for your first 2 years Tips Employee discounts and complimentary industry samples Medical, dental, and vision insurance
