Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers effectively Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with food prep, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety standards throughout shifts Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
