We put patient safety and results first, and we're looking for an experienced aesthetician who wants to build a loyal patient base in a clinic that runs on clear protocols and rewards performance. The role You'll provide advanced aesthetic treatments, run thorough consultations and skin assessments, and build long-term treatment plans that keep patients coming back. Every patient should leave safe, well cared for, and rebooked. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments including Run patient consultations and skin assessments, and recommend the right treatment plan for each patient Screen for contraindications, recognize adverse reactions, and escalate to the Medical Director when appropriate Keep complete, accurate and timely charting and documentation Follow ImoleAye's clinical policies, protocols and workflows Build patient retention through rebooking and follow-up Recommend professional skincare and home-care products Work closely with the clinical and front-desk team Requirements 3+ years of aesthetic experience (4-5+ preferred) Active Oregon license/certification appropriate to the services performed. Compensation Base:
